2023 Fantasy Outlook
Davis hasn't yet been able to repeat on his 40-tackle rookie season, as he ended 2022 with 33 tackles and one sack in 16 contests. The 2020 second-round pick could find increased success in new defensive coordinator Vic Fangio's scheme. Read Past Outlooks

Inking two-year pact with Indy
The Colts have agreed to terms with Davis on a two-year, $14 million deal, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could return against Buccaneers
Davis, currently on injured reserve with a knee injury, is expected to return to practice Wednesday and could be activated prior to Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Hal Habib of The Palm Beach Post reports.
ANALYSIS
Davis exited the Dolphins' Week 1 contest in the first quarter and was placed on injured reserve two days later. He was designated to return Wednesday, giving him the chance to return at any point in the next 21 days. While it's unclear when Davis will be activated, it's possible that he returns for the team's Week 5 matchup. If that's the case, he would reinforce a Dolphins rushing defense looking to slow down Leonard Fournette.

2021 Fantasy Outlook
Davis' rookie season was a definitive success, as he played a full 16-game slate while notching 40 total tackles, but the nose tackle is still looking for the first sack of his NFL career. The former Alabama standout was never a particularly lauded pass rusher, so it's hard to project an IDP breakout in his immediate future.
