Robichon's 52.380 lap time in the No. 9 Pfaff Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R at Lime Rock Park would hold up as the quickest time of the GT Daytona competitors, sportscar365.com reports.

Pfaff Motorsports has replaced the chassis on its Porsche 911 GT3 R ahead of a return to racing in the next IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship race. The Canadian squad finished 13th in the GT Daytona class in January's season-opening Rolex 24 at Daytona following an axle failure that took the Dennis Olsen, Robichon, Lars Kern and Patrick Pilet-driven entry out of contention of the class win, sportscar365.com reports.

Pfaff Motorsports proved quickest in the GT Daytona class after Robichon went more than four-tenths faster than the rest of the field in Rolex 24 qualifying. Robichon set a 1:45.237 lap time, also a new GTD track record, in the No. 9 Porsche 911 GT3 R on his third flying lap to claim pole, sportscar365.com reports.
