The fight between Eubanks and Maryna Moroz originally scheduled for July 9 will now take place at the UFC event on September 17, Alex Behunin of Cageside Press reports.

Eubanks last fought in December when she suffered a loss at the hands of Melissa Gatto, and she'll now have to wait until September to face her upcoming opponent Maryna Moroz. It's unclear why the move was made with less than a month before the originally scheduled bout, but nevertheless, Eubanks will look to get back in the win column in September after losing two of her last three UFC fights.

Entering as a -165 favorite despite missing weight by 1.5 pounds on Friday morning, Eubanks used her trademark upper-body strength to dominate Round 1 before quickly gassing out and allowing Gatto back into the fight. "Sarj" spent more than half of Round 2 being controlled on the mat before eating a kick to the liver which sent her crumbling to the mat. Gatto quickly followed up with a couple more strikes, forcing referee Mark Smith to step in. Eubanks is now 5-5 in her first ten UFC bouts. She has missed weight on two separate occasions and lost three of her past four overall. Toss in the fact Eubanks is now 36 years of age, and her future with the company appears quite bleak.
