The 22-year-old University of Minnesota-Duluth product, recorded three goals and eight assists for 11 points in 52 games in 2013-14 with 23 penalty minutes in his first full season as a pro for Providence in the AHL. He’s a depth blueliner for the Bruins at this stage, behind a slew of more experienced options. He will continue to mature in Providence for this season, unlikely to receive a call-up unless the injury bug hits the big club.
