2019 Fantasy Outlook
Gedeon is a starter at weakside linebacker. However, because the 6-foot-2, 244-pounder comes off the field whenever the Vikings go to one of their nickel packages, Gedeon plays less snaps than a typical starter. Read Past Outlooks

Gedeon (concussion) will play in Thursday's game against the Redskins.
ANALYSIS
Gedeon was a full practice participant all week and won't carry an injury tag into this contest. The third-year pro is listed as a starter on the Vikings' depth chart, but he didn't surpass a 31-percent snap share through four games this year. His IDP value is negligible until he ups his snap count.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
Gedeon, a 2017 fourth-rounder, earned a weakside linebacker role last year in the preseason, ultimately logging nine starts. However, because the 6-foot-2, 244-pounder tended to come off the field whenever the Vikings went to one of their nickel packages, Gedeon played less snaps than a typical starter would. Nevertheless, winning a starting job out of the gate as a rookie was an impressive feat, and Gedeon will have room to grow during the final three years of his first NFL contract.
