Hale (knee) will "probably miss the majority, if not all of the regular season," according to head coach Kevin DeBoer, Mike Rodak of 247Sports.com reports.

Hale sustained a possible season-ending knee injury during the spring that has left the sophomore wideout using a walker. The 6-foot-1 receiver has a chance at returning late in the 2024 season, but he will have to work through an extensive recovery timeframe. Hale tallied five receptions for 148 yards and one touchdown with the Crimson Tide in 2023.
