2019
2018
The 2018 season was a fun one for Camargo and his managers, but that season has been the one shining moment for him in a four-year career that has seen a statistical freefall the past two seasons. After that peak in 2018, Camargo's offensive output has severely tapered off to where he has become a below-average offensive producer. This past season was marred by impatience at the plate not seen since his rookie season of 2017 and the worst strikeout rate, by far, of his career. Expected stats validate his actual performance with the only area of upside being his defense, as he is an excellent defender with positional flexibility at second and third base for 2021 drafts. Do not let that positional flexibility suck you in to doing anything other than spending an endgame pick on him in NL-only formats, because the upside in his offense is very tough to see.
