Randy Rosario

Rosario had a second consecutive productive season after 2014 Tommy John surgery with a 3.34 ERA at High-A Fort Myers. Although he can reach the mid-90s with his fastball, he hasn't had impressive strikeout rates in the minors and recorded just a 6.5 K/9 last season. He was also old for his level at age 22 and lacks good control (3.3 BB/9). He'll need to improve at Double-A Chattanooga this season for any hope of being an impact player in the majors. On a positive note, he was added to the 40-man roster this offseason, so the Twins clearly see him as someone who could contribute in the majors in the coming seasons.
