Graterol finally avoided the injured list in 2023, pitching a career-high 67.1 innings across 68 games. His age-24 season was the best of his career, as he recorded 4 wins, 7 saves and 19 holds for the Dodgers, alongside elite ratios. Graterol's 1.24 ERA was 2nd-best among qualified relievers, while his 63.8% groundball percentage was 4th. He didn't strike many batters out (18.7%), but he avoided hard contact thanks to a high-velocity sinker that he threw 43.6% of the time.
