McFadyen (ACL) remains a few months away from his return, the AFL's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
McFadyen missed a large portion of the 2020 season due to his ruptured ACL and appears to still need more time to get right. The 20-year-old forward has yet to debut on the AFL side but could eventually push for an opportunity if his recovery remains on track.

McFayden ruptured his ACL during a simulation match Saturday and will undergo surgery this week, according to High-Performance manager Damien Austin. "They played a bit of match practice and Connor (McFayden) did his ACL so that's really disappointing for him.'' He'll miss multiple months during rehabilitation.
ANALYSIS
McFayden was still trying to compete for a spot in the team but he'll now miss an extended period while recovering from surgery.
